Redwood Organic Tempeh Rashers are pre-marinated, tangy rich pieces of tempeh (Indonesian fermented soy).Not a 'meat substitute' like veg bacon rashers, but a meal of its own. The flavour comes out if you shallow fry them in a little hot olive oil. Ideal in a sandwich or sliced in a salad.
