Ben & Jerry's Brownie Batter

My husband bought the Ben & Jerry's Brownie Batter ice cream when we were on vacation! Wow, was it good! I am having a hard time finding it back at home. But, I am going to keep looking for it at the stores.

This ice cream was sooooo good.

I mean obviously if you don't think licking the bowl after mixing up a brownie batter is nirvana,then this ice cream may not be for you.

But who doesn't love to lick the bowl and the spoon! So good, I just may have to go our NOW and find some!

Ben & Jerry's Brownie Batter - When I read "Brownie Batter" and looked at the cover that shows brownie batter being poured into a pint with brownie batter dripping off of a stick, I expected a rich, chocolatey, brownie batter taste. I didn't get that at all! It's nothing but regular chocolate ice cream with a thin swirl of brownie flavor swirled into it.

If you want brownies and ice cream, better off with their fudge brownie ice cream. I seriously think they just took the brownie out of that and made it into the skimpy swirl for this chocolate ice cream.

A better name for it would be "Chocolate Brownie Swirl", just like fudge swirls where you get a thin fudgey swirl. That's the same thing that happened with this ice cream.
