Cathedral Mature Light Cheddar
Cathedral City Lighter Cheddar. Can't grill this cheese because it burns before it melts. Taste is poor compared to Catherdral Mature Cheddar. Wont buy it again.
I haven't as yet purchased this 'lighter' alternative to the more typical 'mature' cheddar from the Cathedral 'stable', as a genuine aficionado of Cathedral products your 1 star rating was akin to a 'punch in the belly', however not experiencing any problems grilling the more 'core' products of this brand I will reserve judgement until I undertake appropriate trials/testing on some 'lighter' cheese on toast!
