Gunther Young Clearwater Hampers

Shocking experience with product arriving with a piece bitten out of the chocolate and others missing including the wine. Customer services too busy to help but I just held on and on until I got through to the MD. Now I understand why I got no customer service at all - he wasn't interested and became quite aggressive and rude. Very arrogant organisation where the customer seems to be an inconvenience. They won't last long in retail environment where people expect service now and are looking for value for money.
