Nature Valley Roasted Nut Crunch Bars

These are a far better choice when watching my weight regardless of the fat content, because it is mostly good fat, they contain no cholesterol, they STOP hunger-cravings despite their small size and satisfy a desire for something sweet without the added carbs that cereals, sugary candy bars and juices contain. I have NO desire to eat for hours after enjoying a Nature Valley Roasted Nut Crunch (almond), but am hungry an hour (or less) after eating one of their granola bars.

7 grams protein, low carb, Almond crunch contains only: almonds, peanuts, sunflower seeds, sugar, corn syrup, salt. As far as I am aware they are high in fat due to nuts. However, makes for a delicious, healthy snack. Therefore I well recommend Nature Valley Roasted Nut Crunch Bars!

I bought these by accident, but but am now converted. they are crisp, clean tasting and filling which you don't get from a lot of other bars. They are a little pricey, like anything good, but they worth it.
