Genius Gluten Free Seed Sandwich Loaf

I tried many gluten free breads and found them all lacking taste or being able to hold a slice together without falling apart.

I tried the Seeded Sandwich Loaf and found it had quality, taste, fresh soft

like ordinary bread. It was wonderful and I buy nothing else now.

I constantly found that supermarkets who claim to stock this loaf very rarely

had any. I tired of constantly driving from supermarket to supermarket day after day.(No staff anywhere knew when they would have supplies)

I decided to order direct from Genius and was amazed that they supplied quickly by courier.

Granted they charge £4.95 delivery (small charge compared to other product sellers).I spent more than this driving about looking into supermarkets.

They confirm the order, give a delivery date ,confirm dispatch and reconfirm delivery date by email.Every delivery arrives undamaged and fresh.

All in all a great company to do business with and now have a regular customer. Highly praised.

For Those Of Us Who Are Coeliacs Or Suffer From A

For those of us who are coeliacs or suffer from a wheat allergy gluten free bread is an everyday necessity. There are now many brands of gluten free bread available in the UK, however the taste and quality of these vary widely.

Genius Gluten Free brown bread is new on the market. It is both wheat and dairy free and available in both sliced and unsliced forms.

The slightly nutty taste is very good for a gluten-free bread and it is very light and fluffy. I would actually prefer a less light formulation, but it is definitely one of the best gluten free breads available in the UK.

I prefer the unsliced version as the slices in the sliced version are not quite substantial enough to support a decent portion of a sandwich filling. Try a thick slice toasted - delicious!
