Confetti and spice is a cake shop in Henley on Thames.I live in London.I wanted a cake made in the shape of a class of Guinness. All other places i contacted could only produce it lying flat. I wanted it standing upright looking as close as possible to the genuine article! ...and at the right price? Finally a friend mentioned this cake shop in Henley, whose window displays are so amazing and have heard lots of good things....Yes! they are AMAZING, AMAZING!! There is probably nothing they can't do.The cake was choc cherry with fudge butter cream.Truly delicious and so moist! How did they get it to stand up!!!?
