Fresita

Fresita is absolutely delicious as an aperatif or as an alternative to champagne at a wedding or tea party. Apart from the gorgeous colour and taste, because it's less alcoholic, you don't need to worry so much about pacing yourself (a bonus for those of us who get over-excited at parties and forget to do so). Also much more affordable than bubbley. I love it.

Soft, bubbly and sweet with a natural taste of fruit. Absolutely lovely. Despite being just a good sparkling wine with blended strawberries, you could well think it's been made with proper champagne.It goes with pretty much anything, probably best as a treat with strawberry cheesecake.
