My opinion of,Don Julio Tequila Reposado. Smell: A nice typical agave smell. Only by smeling you know it's good quality and 100% made of agave (it doesn't smell ethanol). Taste:A smotth first taste of wood and sugar.Has a good betterness, with a very interesting final touch that remins the taste of dark chocolate (with a strong percentage of cacao; about 90%).

Don Julio is the No. 1 choice among tequila connoisseurs in Mexico. Found in any supermarket in Mexico, so there is no need to buy in tourist-traps or expensive duty-free shops. Taste this tequila straight, little by little. No need to mix with lemon or salt. For cocktails use the cheaper brand Don Julio Blanco (white). For a more expensive choice (higher than Reposado) you can buy Don Julio A ejo (Aged) that has a more oakey taste, personally I like better the Reposado.
