Veto Pro Pac Tool Bag

When i found this tool bag the veto pro pac xl, i was really impressed, the warrentys mentioned in the sales garb basically said if it breaks we will replace it, great i thought, although its ten times the cost of most normal tool bags im happy to pay the money for quality thats going to last, got the xl model and filled it up with my precious tools and although it was damn heavy it had a pocket for everything.

as a tool bag its well set out and has loads of functionality which is what you need when on site and looking for that little often used crimper etc etc. everything is visible instantly too. Big chunky rivets, big zips its had money spent on its parts to make it well built top to bottom...

....but that is as good as it gets, after opening the zip maybe 15-20 times it has now failed and wont run round the corners of either side, well no problem i thought, i will return it for a replacement... Veto had another idea... "How about not a chance pal" they didnt want to know and began ignoring my emails and then my calls were put on hold for 25mins at a time, im now 6 months on, and they wont honour the warrenty nor answer me as to why. Ive binned the bag and given up today its not worth my time and thats what they are banking on. Avoid this business in full, as they just want the sale and not your repeat custom or any problems you may have.
