This one said ladders were sent out. After 2 weeks no ladders, we ring ladder company who say ladders not in stock.

A lot of hassle with this company so I suggest to avoid it.

I ordered a new drill form ToolLine and was surprised at how quickly it arrived. It's a great drill, good value for money and it's just what I needed to do some jobs around the house. Great product, really good price and a good service with fast delivery. I would recommend ToolLine to anybody.

I tried to buy a number of tools (amounting to approx 200 euros) but decided to abort the "checkout" because of clear delivery related problems. I supplied all required details including the delivery address (Dublin Ireland). However, the only delivery charge options offerred for selection were a free delivery within England and a delivery charge to Northern Ireland eventhough I gave and selected my delivery address as dublin Ireland.

I E-mailed the company three times asking about delivery to Ireland and the delivery cost. I never received any reply. I also left a message using their WEB Form and that too was ignored.

I would not trust a company that ignores customer E-mails/messages.

Ordered a ladder from tool line as it was a great price . Received an email saying delivery would be in I think it was 3 to 5 days , as we work I emailed them to get a more accurate delivery time , I was told I would receive a call from the courier the day before delivery , I also rang and said they could leave the ladder round the side of my house .... Guess what I received no phone call from the courier so as nobody was home they took he ladder away , even though when we rang they said they had a note giving my permission to leave then item somewhere safe .... go figure !!

I ordered a variety of different products from the website on 14th Feb. The timeline that follows is absolutely unbelievable and probably my worse internet buying experience to date:

4 days after ordering - I received notice that two items were not available (despite the order being confirmed).

3 weeks, 3 days after ordering - I received half of the items with a had written scribble on the delivery note stating the remaining items were to follow.

1 month, 1 week after ordering - I emailed tooline who eventually told me they couldn't find my order. I sent them a copy!

1 month, 2 weeks after ordering - I still had no reply, when I enquired, tooline said my email must have gone into the spam folder! They told me that they would send the remaining items in the next few days.....

2 months, 2 weeks after ordering - I send another email asking where the remaining items were. I didn't receive a reply.

3 months, 1 week after ordering - I eventually receive most of the remaining items. No apology and still missing one item which I was billed for. I've asked for a refund and will go elsewhere next time.

Great prices and fast delivery. I have used tool line several times now and am very happy with their choice of tools and the prices are fantastic. good customer service too.
