“Delays and false promises”

Had been with Vitality 3 years and had to make one claim. This took around five weeks of 'processing', phone calls, form filling (twice - they lost the first so they say), and having to go to GP for yet more form filling. I wasn't initially given the option of going for treatment at my nearest centre but I insisted. Going to Vitality online it wasn't easy to negotiate the innumerable options at the interface including various promotions for a lot of other stuff. Hey vitality, if you care about those under your scheme have the decency to provide a website for your health insurance instead of bundling it up with this, that, the other and the other again. I wish I'd read the reviews elsewhere on the net before going with them - many are terrible. But they're an insurance company where money talks and service is secondary (to put it mildly).
