I visited Millicents today after recieving a pamper package for christmas both me and my partner recieved a groupon deal for 2 treatements, we opted for full body massage and facials. First booking the appointment was a nightmare, we had unitl end of feb to use it and most dates we suggested wernt available and when we did get a date they called back a week later asking us to change it????
On arrival they have a new shop-2 doors from the old one and lucky us, it was its first day. NO hot running water...??? The beauty room was freezing, honestly outside was warmer. I shivered all through my massage. The beauty therapist couldnt apologise more and you could tell she wasnt impressed with the situation, poor girl, she was frozen too!. She applied a towel onto a radiator for me to try to warm me up and eventually found a small heat lamp. After my massage she offered me a opportunity to rebook for my partners treatment but to be fair we were there and i didnt want the hassle of the rude man on the phone calling back to change appointments again.
Management didnt really seem to be bothered from what i can tell she just sat on her computer while we froze and didnt ever apologise as we left! Just glad i didnt opt for a wash and blow dry as my treatment!
Will NOT be visiting again under ANY circumstances.

AWFUL
Hi my appointment was June 13. I was so excited because I had a voucher. But after my facial I was so disappointed facial was 1 hour. She gave me only 25 mins. But after one day I felt my face was very dry and after it was getting worse white flack coming out of my face. I was so upset and angry. Hope no body go there

i had a facial today with millicents which lasted the FULL hour and was lovely skin feels great! and i would deffinately recommend!!
