Worst Haircut Ever.

I have been going to Supercuts, Metro centre gateshead for some years now. There has always been a regular turnover of staff but always some you recognise but on this occasion all were new since my last visit. When I arrived there was only one member of staff working. After waiting one and half hours it was finally my turn for a cut and colour.
Two more staff eventually arrived at lunchtime.
I asked for a restyle, short on one side, asymmetric around the back and long on the other side. My hair was lying on my shoulders so plenty of scope. I was scalped with bits of hair about an inch on one side, chopped not layered, so it looks like ladders. No blending on length from short to long and on the other side of my head there was no sign of a trim at all as a tidy up.
The stylist concerned was friendly enough but I wasn’t confident to ask him to improve it, in case he made it worse. The cut was so bad I needed to go to a second salon two days later to correct it.
