Do not use Broadway plaza swimming lessons. No customer service and instructor cancelled the swimming lesson and rearranged the lesson and then did not turn up.

Poor customer service and no cummunication. Swimming instructor is incompetent and unprofessional.

I signed up my child and local leisure centre and happy with the lesson.

I am still owed money for last swimming lesson and no response from instructor. I have made formal complaint to head office.
