The non-stick coating on one of the removable plates, has started to deteriorate already. I've only used the grill 7 or 8 times and small flakes of the coating are peeling off, despite only using nylon brushes to clean. Have contacted Tefal & suggested it might be a bad production problem. No reply whatsoever. So, disappointed with their customer service. Pretty poor really considering this is supposed to be a premium product. Other than that, the grill is quite good. Have tried various foods from steaks to peppers to burgers to fish, all were cooked just right. Takes a bit of time to pre-heat but easy to use. However, let down by product finish & non-existent Tefal support.
