Complete & utter garbage

Where do I begin? If you're reading this you've probably been contacted by one of their "recruiters" already right? They told you they were impressed by your resume? (It's obvious they pitch everyone this way) but that's not important. The assessment day is a considerable waste of time, 6-7 hours of dumb tasks (some of which are legitimate tasks but still this doesn't matter). What does matter is the fact that THEY ARE LYING ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITIES THAT THEY HAVE AVAILABLE. They talk about blue chip companies (Johnson&Johnson, Barclays, etc) but WHY ARE THESE COMPANIES NOT ON THEIR WEBSITE LISTED UNDER "COMPANIES WE WORK WITH?" Simple answer, because they don't work with them. Maybe they have once or twice in the past, but they don't list it on their website because it would blow up their scheme. There were some pretty inept people who made it through on the assessment day. The sad part is there were also some decent people who could get much better jobs than Pareto can offer on their own without the "help" of Pareto. If you have ANYTHING going for you (decent school, experience, personality, connections) stay away from Pareto. It's for the truly desperate and inept. If you do decide to go through with them please contact me when you get your 55k a year job, with company car, gym membership, etc. You will more than likely end up as a telemarketer.
