Janelle Monae At Brixton O2
Cool venue. Cool staging. Cooler than cool Miss Monae.
This was an outstanding gig by an artist of the highest quality. You never knew what was comong next vocally - soul, jazz, the Jacksons and Prince covers. Likewise her band were lively and energetic throughout and proved it towards the end of the gig when here was an enormous pillow fight on stage and in the audience.
If you can catch Janelle, you shouldtry to do so. You will have a night to remember!
