I BOUGHT A FFROZEN CUSHION FOR MY DAUGHTERS XMAS,I GOT MY CUSHION AFTER 5 DAYS OF WAITING ONLY TO OPEN IT AND SEE IT HAD A B AND M STICKER ON IT SAYING PRICE £3.99. NOW I PAID FREEMANS £12.00FOR MY CUSHION.
ON EMAILING THEM, THEY JUST SAID THAT THEY WOUL GIVE ME THE ITEM FOR £5.99...
WHAT PART OF THIS DO YOU THINK THEY DON'T UNDERSTAND!!!!!!
TERRIBLE SERVICE, I AM NOW IN THE PROCESS OF LEGAL ACTION........
