Have an account with them for over 2 years. Never missed a payment. Made a small order well below my credit limit with them, they send me an email confirming my order, then cancelled - WITHOUT BOTHERING TO LET ME KNOW - I had paid for next day delivery and took time off work to be home for the delivery. Which, of course, never came. This company did not have the decency to let me know they had cancelled my order, or explain why. Not a good way to treat a customer! Wish I'd seen these reviews beforehand, as would never have opened an account with them in the first place.
I check everything now.
Cheek of these companies who get us all off with their interest, then don't have the professionalism or plain manners to make contact with their customers if there's a problem.
