We waited 14 weeks for this armchair after ordering. When it arrived one of the legs was considerably shorter than the others. M&S sent out a man to fix it, not fixable. Waited anither 14 weeks for a replacement. EXACTLY THE SAME! Offered £50 compensation by M&S so the wonky chair would only cost us £400. Why is this product still being offered?? Very poor service M&S
