“Assembly Angels? More Assembly Nightmare”

Let's start with the good: the person who did the assemblying was good natured. I can't think of anything else good about this service.
Waited all day = 8 hours= I could have done it myself as this was the equivalent to time wasted chasing up on the phone, cost of calls, not knowing when they would turn up (could not go out or do things I could have done).
Worse: Ikea said there were 3 slots, Assembly Angels said there was only one slot -all day!! Fobbing off the responsibility to Ikea...? I was told that because of the item being put together I would have been scheduled to the last portion of the day, but they would not reveal that to me until 4pm, would not take feedback from me (tell customers this). Inform customers in order for customers to have a realistic expectation. Be HONEST.
Worst: What happens if the assemblying falls apart?
I'm tired just typing this out.
