Having over the years bought more than one item of furnishing from DFS I have no complaints about the quality of the products and the interest free credit. My comments are about one particular "extra". As our latest purchase was intended to be for a room with laminate flooring we were offered the option of having "special" pads fitted on the feet for £20. When the item arrived the delivery driver fitted these "special" pads that turned out to be the same type of pad that are available in Wilkinsons at 99p for a pack. In use the supplied "special" pads caused the settee to move backwards each time it was sat on. Eventually I had to remove them and fit self- adhesive rubber pads (again from Wilkinsons at 99p for a large pack). So the "special" pads supplied by DFS are an extra to avoid.
