£2548 order delivered damaged on 23 January 2019 and, despite being told that it would be sorted on 30 January 2019 and then again on a further 2 occassions, it has still not been replaced nearly 4 months later.

Similar story. Damaged goods and missing handle. Five months later and nor replacement and still one handle short. I'm amazed that a company can't stich a handle in a jiffy bag and send it out to us.
