Beware - Great service when purchasing my couch the last week in May, but not a great service when your told August , September at the latest and still no couch mid October. After contacting them numerous times calling and emailing , no call backs no emails. I have a living room with no couch. Could not get a straight answer from the individual we spoke to regarding the cost of a specific suite we required with a chaise end. She did explain that she was relatively new at the Rugby Store. “6 years from a sofa? ”

I bought a Natuzzi sofa that was delivered in Feb 2015. 6 years later in the early part of 2021 I noticed that one of the seats was sagging. I called the shop I bought from, Gillies in Aberdeen and they sent a technician. I was charged for his time I think it was £45. He replaced some of the foam and said that I should get a couple years out of it! It does look better and I was happy with the repair but not that a sofa of only 6 years should need it! Bought from traffird center unfortunately Had problems with this reclyner 1st dye not covered a price on leather two weeks old 2nd stitching and leather not same as other reclyner 3 weeks old 17 months old N logo came off leaving holes been replaced now same time complained about cushions the filling is cheap gone flat looks Dreadful it’s uncomfortable not fit for purpose all been reported and nothing done worse company to deal with cost 5.100 + 250 warranty + 150 delivery What a waste of… Read Full Review

“Electrical Fire”

We purchased a 3 seater (all electric) reclining sofa from the Guildford branch. Terrible after sales service. Our sofa caught fire within an hour of the delivery team installing it. To start with we got a quick response from head office, they arranged for an engineer to come out, but we still had to wait a week. Sadly, that’s where the after-sales service stoped. “Be very Careful - You've been warned”

Quality product sold by untrustworthy, arrogant staff. All very nice and promising the earth when your buying the product - "of course we will deliver to the room of your choice Sir, upstairs that wont be problem to our delivery staff - ring us if there is a problem when they deliver". The delivery people turned up at 7.00pm - they advised they would arrive mid afternoon. “Avoid Guildford store”

Went to the Guildford editions store. Was met by a really rude middle aged female assistant who did not smile once. When we asked her what the difference was between Italia and Editions she said, the Italia range was “more for architects and offices” which is not the case. Bought a 2 seater and 3 seater Natuzzi leather special editions for £5000.00. On both the 2 seater and the 3 seater the motors have stopped working, now I don't expect them to last for ever but the suite is only just over 2 years old. Natuzzi at the Manchester Trafford Centre is one of the most unprofessional companies I have ever dealt with and the manager I found to be extremely unprofessional, I would warn anybody to think twice before ordering from them. It took me 4 months, numerous phone calls and a lot of upset to get a refund on a chair I waited months for, and which was faulty on delivery. Side seats in Natuzzi sofa are leaning towards center. In order to keep the seat cushions in level position we have to put wedges underneath them. Within days of my £4000 Natuzzi sofa arriving the stuffing in the seats began to sag and after 2 months it was too uncomfortable to sit on. “Shockingly poor in every respect”

We ordered 2 suites (costing over £9000) from Natuzzi and disposed of our existing suites the day before the delivery date. Having taken time off work for the delivery we were then told the suites had been sent to Scotland (we live in Hertfordshire) and we had to arrange another date. The suites arrived 2 weeks later. “Mechanism broke ”

Bought a two seater sofa , £2000 thought it would be good how wrong , within 8 months the mechanism broke lucky we bought a insurance this was fixed in good time , then July of this year the other side broke ! Same problem we're still waiting our insurance have said that the manufacturer has taken two months to get back to them re part , I think Natuzzi need to up there game and take responsibility for these issues . I had to wait four months ofr the sofa to arrive. When it did they have made the sofa in the wrong colour. three months later the correct one arrives. I will say it is very comfortable. After 12 months the electric motors break. Had to wait 2 months for someone to come round. the first appointment no one turned up. the second he couldn't fix it and I am still waiting to have it resolved. I am having exactly the same issues with them right now. Taking them to court as they delivered me the wrong sofa and it was broken on delivery. They left it at my house too. I wrote a review on them on Trust Pilot called "Natuzzi Nightmare"
