“Poor structure quality and no customer care service”

Side seats in Natuzzi sofa are leaning towards center. In order to keep the seat cushions in level position we have to put wedges underneath them. We called Natuzzi service and asked to help us resolve this problem. They stated that it is nothing wrong with this sofa and they would not take any action to correct this problem.
Bought the set in 2017. Leaning began the following year. Contacted Natuzzi in 2019.
