Our Lacanche cooker is well over ten years old but was repaired without any fuss and is now as good as new. We are so very thankful that we own this Lacanche range cooker as they are, quite simply, the best. The hinges on both doors were replaced and the ignition sorted with advice on how not to break it!

The engineer was very knowledgeable and allowed me some time to clean down the sides when he pulled it out.

This heavy duty fabulous cooker has stood its test in time and has just been serviced after 6 years of ownership and is now humming with response. I could not recommend this brand more highly.

After booking a service which was booked in within a week i received an email to explain what would happen on the day. As per the email i received a call half an hour before arrival which meant i didn't have to wait in, the engineer who has visited before arrived promptly and completed the work in record time. With a considerable delay between purchase and installation (building works, covid etc) I have now been using my Lacanche Cluny for 18 months and have been delighted with it. I had some teething problems with the burners as it was bought not directly from Fourneaux de France and installed by general plumbers- not specialists. I contacted Fourneaux de France and their engineer duly attended. He was excellent- incredibly knowledgeable and expert in the Lacanche world and quickly set up the burners perfectly- customising them to my requirements. It is so great to find equipment built to last and service that is really service!

As the owner of a Lacanche Cluny for over 20 years I continue to be extremely happy with the product. It cooks fantastically and is built to such a high standard that it very rarely needs any attention from an engineer.

Last week was one of the few occasions that I have requested a visit from Lacanche UK to replace the grill element. I found the level of service to be exceptional. The engineer called me ahead of time to give me an eta and on prompt arrival carried out all works to the highest level. He was professional and courteous and as well as the element replace hinges and light that have made a 20 year old product appear like new.

After nearly 23 years of faithful service our Lacanche Cluny is still as good as new, and is still just as envied by even our most trendy friends - it's got far more style than pushier brands. In a recent 3-day power cut we were so glad of its dual-fuel cooking. It does have its little idiosyncracies which actually give us a lot of pleasure - all part of its very individual character. We've just had our first service visit after a minor fault. The Fourneaux De France engineer was extremely quick and helpful, and spotted one or two other little potential things which he put right on the spot to avoid possible future faults. Really first-class.

Just had the Premier Service done by an excellent Lacanche engineer on my 20 year old Cluny. He was very knowledgeable and thorough, replaced a few tired parts on the appliance, checked it all over and has given my beloved cooker a new lease of life! Fantastic to have something worth keeping rather than throwing it out for scrap and buying something new!

A brilliant range cooker which we've had for 14 years. Recently had a full service. The engineer was very pleasant and knowledgeable and thorough. We liked the fact that he related to it as an engineer and a chef! He was also very respectful of Covid restrictions and wore a mask at all times. He left behind a cooker that was as good as new!

I've had my Lacanche for two years now and can honestly say I think they are the best cookers you can buy.

I bought it in favour of another Rangemaster as the Rangemaster had been problematic.

I will definitely stick with Lacanche now, they aren't cheap but they are absolutely the best quality and built to last.

Basically you get what you pay for.
