The online portal is not a user friendly because searching beneficiaries is a nightmare and you are unable to edit the bank detail of a beneficiary if the bank details changed. For this you should open a new account. I have already mentioned these problems to the support of Transfermate Australia but they do not care to fix the problems.

There is also another problem. There is no way for you to check the bank account and swift code of a beneficiary. It only shows the first and the last letters or number and it puts x for the other characters. So how should I check and confirm if I am paying to the right bank details.
