Firstly, the order wasn't despatched in time to make the guaranteed next day 1pm delivery, even though they had the order many hours before the royal mail cutoff times. Secondly (and not their fault) Royalmail lost the package. Unfortunately, the currency club seem to not be willing to refund me the hundreds of pounds i'm out of pocket until royalmail refund them, so their customer service is hugely lacking at this point.

For the few ££ extra i got, the pain of this wasn't worth it. Next time, i will use a service where i can collect the cash and have it directly in my hands.
