This isn't the first time we've used this florist and had bad service (more fool us!) but because its local we wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt and help support them, Never again!

My partner ordered flowers for my birthday which fell on a Sunday. He asked if the flowers could be delivered first thing Sunday morning. The lady assured him this wouldn't be a problem. He went in the shop twice in the week following to make sure what happened the year before wouldn't happen again (late delivery) He was assured that the order was inhand.

When the flowers had still not arrived by 1pm he got on the phone to see where they were. He was told they were on their way. 3pm he was told the same thing, The "lady" he spoke to had a terrible attitude and when he told her he wouldn't use her shop ever again she happily told him that that was absolutely fine and that was his choice.

Her customer service skills are disgraceful.

The flowers arrived at 4pm but I wasn't in to receive them as we had all left to go for my birthday meal.

They were left with my neighbour and I saw them at 10pm when we got back.

We should have learnt from the 1st time but we like to support our local shops.

If the womans attitude wasn't so shocking I probably wouldn't be writing this review.

Think twice before using this florist.

They show no regard to their customers!
