I asked if there was any discount available on this product (well it was worth a try) and fair play the sales lady did her best and found a discount code I could use, so instead of paying £18.99 I ended up paying £13.99 - very happy indeed.

It is important that you open the lid first before trying to extend the body before using. There is nothing on the instructions to tell you about this.

other than that an effective easy product and I would recommend it to anyone who travels or is not mobile.
