“Broadband disappointment”

I'm just about to move to a new housing development I have been looking around for broadband, phone, television package with a number of different websites all allegedly offering comparison. This was perhaps the most dissapointing of all as it refused to recognise the post code of the house I'm moving into - yet I know the Royal Mail added it to their records weeks ago. Not really worth having a postcode checker if it's not update to date is there? On top of that I noticed that some other, more well known, websites have arranged special deals for their customers - surely showing second rate deals is no way to treat your 'valued' customers?
