I need to raise a CCJ against an awarded claim. I cannot find any way of doing this. Robots on help line and cannot for some reason obtain this information on the internet. I do not understand when you are awarded the claim there is no link to raise the CCJ. What can I do please?

We have finished our mortgage with the Woolwich but still have a mortgage Reserve of £154,000 left to pay, we have been negotiating with them since 16th May when our mortgage was paid off in full and they have kept asking us for more and more information over the passed few months, on Monday they asked if my husband paid British tax, which because of working in Denmark since last December pays Danish tax, we were very disappointed to then be told they could not help us, we have never stopped paying our monthly £1,325. But they still add approximately £650 interest a month. Could you advise us of any solution as we do not want to loose our home? They have given us until 3rd October before referring us to collections. Linda & George Grant
