I called Access Equity Release on a Friday midday after finding out the company I originally decided to use did not deal with my type of property.

Upon calling Access, I was informed that they should be able to help me.

I was allocated an advisor (NC), who called me the next Monday morning at the arranged time.

I outlined my position and how I had been let down by the previous company and the time lost in doing so. At this point the matter had become increasingly urgent to me and I was fearing I would be unable to obtain the finance I required.

However, within a few minutes of discussion with NC I was reassured that he would be able to find a lender for me. Much to my relief.

Additionally, I required a lease extension during this process and NC advised me on that additional process also.

In summary, I was let down by another company, was extremely worried, didn't really know where to turn next and was very concerned for my future.

After speaking to NC, my worries were certainly reduced.

Within days, NC had a lender available and the process was started.

As a result I obtained my equity release.
