Worst Setup Process Ever
Tried to set up this software with my accountant to enable slick bookkeeping and API connection. 6 weeks later and 8-10 attempts and still struggling. Totally NON intuitive interface unless maybe for 15 year old gamers rather than 25 plus small biz people. Avoid like the plague......unless you love sending endless new passwords, having email addresses you just used unrecognised and wandering through a maze of contradictory dashboard areas. Better chance with Hampton Court Maze than getting set up on this appalling system. No phone support at weekends either.
Sort out refund process before wasting any time on this ‘time saver’ and ignore recommendations til youve managed to crack signing in, if you ever achieve that feat. Better still buy something, ANYTHING else to do SME accounts..
