“Lost my money ”

written by Savannahg115 on 29/05/2014

I purchased two vouchers for my son and his friend for their 21st birthday in February 2014. We have tried to phone, email, Facebook and text them regarding a booking and have had no answer or reply. I've been trying to get our money back ever since. Very upset and disappointed.

This company are scamners. Read my review for my experience and that of 3 of my mates . They then claim that they tried to call us to advise the event was cancelled . Utter rubbish as we were one of many groups to turn up to a no show from staff . Avoid at all costs and spread your disappointment on as many forums as possible .

“Poor vehicles and poorly run”

★☆☆☆☆

written by AngryfromKent on 27/05/2014

I attended the drift school over a year ago and asked for a USB of my afternoon there costing me £20 extra to the price of the event to date I have not received the USB and can not believe Brands Hatch actually have connections with such a poorly run event. the organiser said would send USB and a refund but he is full of bull. I would never recommend this event to anyone and feel disappointed in Brands Hatch letting these type of events happen at such a prestigious venue. If only I could get a reply to why it's run so badly? ?

“Could be a great experience but wasn't”

★★☆☆☆

written by on 24/02/2014

Arrived at Brands Hatch at 10.30 for 11.00 experience. Although I know Brands Hatch pretty well it wasn't that easy to find. Signed on fine and more or less on time. Safety briefing was ok but actually since the experience was all in first gear the danger was limited. Two main negative points - the 3 different parts of the experience were all in very different cars - the first was a turbo with some turbo lag the second was not and had more grip and the third was an automatic with incredibly heavy steering. The key to drifting is to balance on the throttle so if the cars had all reacted the same, it would have made it much easier. for each part the instructor was different and so the approach taken was very different. Not helpful if you are trying to learn drifting in 15 minutes. To make this experience work - as it is only around 15 minutes driving altogether - it should all be in the same car with the same instructor so there is an element of progression. After a good start with the doughnuts I gradually regressed under the differing approaches to teaching/coaching and the completely different cars. The final instructor wasn't interested at all and in the few minutes I had, I spent all the time trying to get my head round how to deal with the heavy steering and automatic gearbox. I was very relieved to get out and go home.

“Feeling Ripped Off :(”

★☆☆☆☆

written by on 04/09/2013

I'm not usually one for writing negative reviews, but the 2 hour Drifting experience at Brands Hatch was little more than a disappointment. Drifting around a race track seemed like such an exciting idea and I had been looking forward to the experience for some time after having picked up what I thought was a good deal via Groupon. Upon arrival, it was unclear where to go to sign on- No signage or direction forced me to scout around for some time before finding an assistant who could direct me to where I needed to go. The event seemed poorly organized- there was a lot of waiting around -30+ minutes between taster sessions and each of the 4 sessions lasting between 2 and 3 minutes. I don't know why the lessons couldn't be condensed into a solid block of minutes per customer to save so much hanging around? For the first session; after 35 minutes my name was called, was rushed into a car and given no more than a couple of minutes to try my hand at donuts. The time given in the seat meant it was practically impossible for a novice like myself to get used to the car and how it handled, let alone perfecting unfamiliar maneuvers. After 2 minutes of experimentation and condescending instruction part 1 was over and I was left thinking "Was that it?!" Session 2 involved being driven around a small track by a pro- this was great fun, although rushed and felt like I was on a conveyor belt with one customer out the seat and then next straight in. The third session was a little better- with a far less critical and condescending instructor. After 3 minutes I was beginning to get the hang of figure of 8s, but still there wasn't enough time to get stuck in. The last session, again, was over in a flash. 5 track laps were promised via the Groupon site, but only 3 slalom laps were delivered and the laps were short!- perhaps 25 seconds from start to finish? As each driving session was so short and rushed, the experience seemed pretty pointless. I was left feeling underwhelmed and ripped off. Most of the 2 hours is spent hanging around behind a fence and while I did learn a few basic bits and pieces, I wouldn't have paid more than £20 tops if I'd known how it would be and certainly wouldn't do it again.

“Good drifting, but terrible organisation and waiting”

★★☆☆☆

written by on 22/08/2013

We bought the 2hr Drifting Experience with AllStar Driving Adademy through Groupon, and attended the Brands Hatch day in August 2013. The lady on reception was so abrupt and blunt to everyone that she was positively rude. Apparently they were running behind and she was trying to sign people in, as well as calling out who was next on the track, but for the first impression you get of the company, it was terrible. The briefing was also running behind, and because of this, she ran through the checklist at a rate of knots and you didn’t really understand what was happening, what order things would happen in, or how long it would all take. The groups then stand behind a wire fence where you can watch the professional laps. There didn’t seem to be any order to who was called up, there was no information on when you would be called, and for which session. You just had to stand at this fence the whole time in case your name was called. All they need is a simple loudspeaker to call your name, or some written guidance on which sessions go when. At least then it would allow you to wander off, get some food and drink and not be afraid to leave the fence incase they call your name ! So we ended up being stood there for 3 hours in total, all for 3 x 3 minute driving sessions ! It is good you get to try the donuts, figure of 8, and a slalom around 3 cones, but the 3 minutes are over in a flash. I can’t see how anyone could get the hang of drifting in 3 minutes, and then you have another hour to wait until your next go. It feels like you should try and get the hang of one thing first before they push you to try the next thing, but I suppose its all practice. The actual 9 minutes of driving is good – the cars are perfectly acceptable for the job, and the instructors are as helpful and patient as they can be in 3 minutes. I personally think it would be much better if you could do your 3 sessions back-to back – all 9 minutes in one go. You might actually get the hang of it then, and you’d be done really quickly instead of the painful experience of hanging around for 3 hours not knowing when your turn would come. I’m afraid because of this, I would not recommend this company to anyone, and would not do this experience again. I would love to try drifting again, but not at the expense of hanging around for 3 hours.

i attended the allstars drift day last year with my friend for his birthday (i watched and filmed for him) and it was a good day he enjoyed it! i could see where peoples bad reviews came from but i had told myself to try it as my friend had such a good time i went on the 5/6/13 and booked a day off work and it was well worth it! they must have different staff because everyone there was very helpful and and it all ran like clockwork, the safety briefing was great and settled my nerves! they had 2 skylines, a soarer and a 350z for us to play with and for the passenger rides they had a 328 bmw, a black soarer (which belonged to james the owner who was more than happy to take people out in!) and a 4 door skyline the instructors were very helpful and down to earth and really gave me encouragement to drive well! we did doughnuts, a figure of 8 and a lap run followed by a passenger ride! all in all well recommended and definitely worth it!!!

Did you book event directly via their website?

I have Wowcher codes and reading other comments below, I'm wondering if they are only interested in those that have booked direct.

written by Sam.lawrence84 on 22/04/2013

My parents booked this driving experience through groupon, if ur thinking of doing the same DON'T!!!!! We originally booked the experience for feb, they texted us at 1130pm the night before saying they had to cancel the experience at brands hatch for the following day. We re-booked for tomorrow, they had to change the venue, which was now in Essex?? In an airfield?? Thought I better call this morning to check the booking is all ok, (they are also a nightmare to get hold of via phone!!!) finally got to spk to someone only to be told they had no bookings in Essex!!!! Even though I had email confirmation of this! So annoyed as my partner booked day off work!!! Their customer service skills are dreadful!! I would never recommend this to anyone! They think it's acceptable to let people down at the last minute!! DON'T BOOK THIS!!

I went on 31st Oct.2012 to Brands Hatch for the Drift Racing Experience and what an experience it was. The day started ok but went down hill very quickly,we were offered video's of the day at £20 which i purchased. The experience was supposed to last only 2 hours but after 2 hours I had only had a go at half of the elements we were told we could try, every thing took so long because every time you did an element they had to take the memory card out of the camera so they could replace it for the next driver. In the end I had to forget rest of the experience, had the passenger lap and had to leave as I had no more time to waste.I was told they would post the video to me it eventually arrived on the 29th Jan 2013.Out of 8 video clips on the memory card I only appeared in 2 of them I've phone and emailed the company and told them the problem they promised to refund my money. So 6 weeks on I've still not received my refund and can't get any replies to my phone calls or emails. It is becoming obvious that the company is not going to honour their promise to refund my money so therefore I am unable to recommend this experience to anyone who may be interested.

After reading a few reviews I was a little worried to be honest, but it actually turned out to be great fun. I went to their Brands Hatch venue, so I can't speak for the rest, but it really was a really fun day out. The cars are not the smartest looking, it has to be said, but they obviously get a hard life so I tried not to judge them by their appearance, but they performed well, all set up for proper drifting and all great fun to drive. I got to drive one of the Skylines in the morning and the 350Z in the afternoon, plus I got a couple of passenger rides, one in their BMW and one in a competition spec Lexus. The one thing I LOVED was that they really did spend the whole time encouraging me to drive the car even harder, which made a change from most driving experiences where they are more worried about the cars than the customers. One of the other groups of customers managed to smash the diff on another of the Nissans, there was no drama, no fuss, no blame, just an acknowledgement that the cars get more abuse that any cars I've ever seen, so they just stuck it in the pits and got another car out for them.... In summation, maybe not the most professional company on the planet, it's very obvious they are a small company who are just passionate about drifting, but it was still brilliant and I would love the chance to go again.

Do not touch this company allstars driving academy with a barge pole. Bought an experience for My husband for Xmas when we went to it they said they had texted us to say it was cancelled due to a lorry crash on m25, this apparentley happened at 5.25am but we got the text at 10am when we got there.thay offered him a drive in a car park doing donuts and then rebook experience .. 2 hours later he still hadn't got in car and we had to go. The dates to rebook he cannot due to his job and he had already booked holiday to do this day. I was really unhappy as it had ruined a day that I had been planning fow a few months. When I posted on there website to get them to contact me they deleted it. I contacted them by phone email and Facebook message on numerous occasions with no answer to get a refund .. Even groupon cant get in touch with them. Next step trading standards. The story of the crash was made up as I checked in the traffic weather websites. Lots of bad reviews.. I just wanted a reply and they don't have the manners to do this.

I really recommend it to my friends and others. I'll never get anywhere so cheap to drive drift car by my own.:)I booked for introduction and i love it. not much time in the car but what i want more for 60 pounds:D so now I'll book for full day :Pi read a lot of bad comments from people and good:)but some of them are really interesting. it seems like people don't know how much cots to run this cars, staff is really nice and pleasant, it was some issues with contacting them by phone and e-mail but i got normal excuse for that- they was working at event so they out of office:)I really want to thank for Academy for teaching me how to drift and i hope people will be more smart to put not only bad feedback but and good:D...:)I just didn't like one thing that we needed to wait outside for our turn to go on car- but from the other side- it is cars so they can't be inside the building:D:D:D Just really i think you need to try everything and judge by your own, not by reading other feedbacks by other people we even don't know, because sometimes we know how people are just unhappy with everything they get in their life.

“AVOID ALLSTARS DRVING ACADEMY - GROUPON EXPERIENCE”

★☆☆☆☆

written by Chippsss on 21/11/2012

My experience of ALLSTARS DRIVING ACADEMY – Drifting Experience. A group of us purchased a GROUPON Drifting Experience with ALLSTARS DRVING ACADEMY. After weeks of trying to get a place at the London event we were unable to do so. One of the owners James suggested we book a place in Birmingham so we did. Travelled from London to Birmingham on 26/10/12 and on arrival we were one of several groups that had arrived to a non event. ALLSTARS apparently cancelled the track booking and didn’t bother to tell anyone. Track staff left to deal with all the angry customers. Obtained numbers of the two people in charge and had to call both non- stop to get an answer. We complained to GROUPON who thankfully refunded us the voucher after several failed promises to do so by Allstars – who asked us to call them on a Saturday and when we did he was annoyed that we were interrupting his “family time”. We requested compensation for the fuel costs which they agreed to pay. Again we spent weeks chasing them – the two people we dealt with were blaming each other. One then said he would refund us on “payday” – despite being a part owner of a company such as ALLSTARS he couldn’t find our £60. Twice they asked us for bank details and 1 month later after the failed event we still haven’t received our cash. One of them now states that we should take this up with the other as he apparently has severed links with the Birmingham side of ALLSTARS and tries to portray them as separate businesses – yet at the time of our booking he was our contact and he took time to explain he was the main shareholder in the business. To summarise – We still haven’t received our cash and can’t be bothered chasing them anymore – They have no thought for customer service and their business management is shocking. This is a 100% accurate review of our dealings with them and we will be publishing this on as many sites as possible as a warning to anyone considering booking an “experience” with them. After this saga I have researched this “experience” and am shocked to see the negative reviews by others who have actually managed to complete their drifting. I urge you to go read yourselves..........

“Could be better!”

★★★☆☆

written by on 13/11/2012

I was bought the 2hr Intro to drifting by my other half, fortunately she managed to get it through Groupon..... I would not have been happy if she had paid the full £169 price. The course was advertised as an intro to drifting at Brands Hatch... Surprise no.1 was yes it is at the Brands Hatch Circuit but not on the race circuit.... but in a car park attached to the Hailwood Cafe - disappointment :-( Having been to similar driving experiences before i was prepared for some standing around but not quite as much as we had. The briefing was short to say the least (although I'm not sure what else they would need to do in comparison with the experience as the most dangerous part is probably the passenger ride. We were informed that we would have 3 goes in the car to 1. do donuts 2. do figure of eights 3. put in to practice what we had learned around a small slalom course, plus a passenger ride around the big course for a couple of laps. We (around 25 punters) were ushered outside to a small area and held back by the red and white tape - fair enough, it wasn't raining, but some seating and shelter would be nice. Taking a quick look at the staff the whole set up would be better if they were wearing corporate jackets to identify them - would make the hard operation of organising everyone look slicker. So 25 of us, 3 cars and starting from the top of the list the first 3 in the cars and off they went. At the same time starting at the bottom of the list 1 car and driver for the passenger rides. Yes the cars looked a bit worse for wear but i can understand why, so long as they drift which is the theme for the event... There was a very nice M3 BMW in white just sitting there (Boss' car perhaps which did go around the track with just the driver in it (Boss?) for a bit and then was parked up again) and anothe Bmw that joined in the event at the last session. If I had paid for an additional passenger ride for my partner then would have been miffed if she only went in the normal car and not the nice one. Anyway, 3 circuits set up for donuts and 3 cars on circuit at one time - good so far. Instruction from drivers was good - they show you what to do, explain and then help - nice guys - no phone issues, all attentive. I am an ex-kart racer (proper karts) and adapted quite well to the car control but tried to straight line everything - not the idea of drifting. My coach explained what I was doing, I corrected it and all was good. These days are typical in that you get out of it what you put in to it! listen and learn, watch and learn and practice hard! My only gripe was that all 3 sessions were far to short - maybe 5 minutes each - meaning a total of around 15 minutes in a car plus an extra 3 minutes for the passenger ride! Now you know this you know what to expect.... Fortunately the weather stayed dry albeit colder as the afternoon went on, so take a jacket and if you have your own crash helmet (I did) take it with you - much nicer than keep swapping with everyone else... The whole experience took around 3 hours in total. In summary - expect a lot of waiting, bring a coat, don't expect to have an in depth experience this is (or should be advertised as) a taster session to try and do donuts, figure of 8's and 3 runs through a very short slalom course (I did get out of first gear once.... just!), be attentive and give it your all when you sit in the car, smile and enjoy. My personal feeling is that if they halved the amount of punters per show, say 12 and ran this in a smaller window it would be better all round. they could still get the 24 done in 4 hours but just in two groups. Would mean less waiting around for us and more frequent driving. We were there from around 1pm to 4.30pm - a bit more than the 2 hours. Would I use them again if i hadn't done the intro bit already - yes! The guys were friendly, the drivers knew their stuff, the passenger ride was what it is all about and something to aim for perhaps. Disorganised??? NO! To an outsider it may look like this, but everyone got their 3 sessions plus the passenger ride. There were a few tyre changes needed but that is the nature of burning rubber.... So all in all worth the Groupon value but not the full value in my opinion...

“Excellent Fun!”

written by McSatan on 05/10/2012

Just to redress the balance a bit, we attended the drifting academy at Brands yesterday, and had a great time. The cars might look a bit untidy, but it's hardly surprising going through what they do! Two 350z's and a Skyline. Mechanically they are spot on. What you get is one session doing doughnuts, one session doing figure of eights, one session drifting round a slalom, and two passenger laps on a bigger circuit with an expert. For 59 quid it's excellent value! Especially when you get it just right, and get the car spinning round on its nose, or going sideways through the slalom and catch it at exactly the right point and go power sliding round the last cone. Instructors are friendly and helpful. I'll definitely be booking the half day course, came away itching for more!

Like a lot of the other people say its NOT a 2 hour session it is at most 10 mins driving and you learn nothing. The instructors spent more time on the phone than instructing. The cars look like they have been dragged off the scrap heap and mechanically they behave like it. They broke down at least 4 times when I was there and we were there 4 hours that's a lot of standing around. No obvious place to get refreshments. After been there for 4 hours and having less than 10 mins in the car the day was cut short due to them "running out of tyres" we were the first group of the day So disappointing.

“Unique Experience!”

★★★★☆

written by on 08/08/2012

Having seen all the negative feedback in this review page, I feel obliged to balance the reviews with something positive as I have just returned from the experience today! I booked the GroupOn 2 hour Allstars Driving Academy intro to drifting. I've done other track days (single seaters, M3, supercars, rallycross), and this seemed like a good way of improving car control skills at limits you're not encouraged to enjoy on track! Having done several experiences at numerous tracks, I am comfortable that these things can sometimes be a bit rough and ready, and rely on the people attending to listen carefully and be where they need to be when they need to be there. If they don't, things can over-run. I was "lucky" - booked at 9am (so no previous session to delay us) and 4 cars + 1 reserve for the 24 of us. They processed each of our sessions very well - I was grinning from ear to ear after the first donut with the instructor and feel completely adrenaline exhausted now! Yesterday I read these reviews and was really worried but happy to ignore them and make the best of it. I needn't have worried. Thanks to Caan (apols if mispelt) and his team for a truly unique experience - I'm sorry if machinery and scheduling have let other people down. It is not dangerous and seatbelts really aren't necessary (but provided) - Brands Hatch would not endorse it if it was. Great fun for £60 on GroupOn - would consider it worthwhile at full price. As with all race experiences, MAKE THE MOST OF YOUR TIME IN THE CAR AND LISTEN INTENTLY!!! :-)

Nice people and good at what they do but I booked an intro to drifting through group on and spent a mere 10 mins in the cars and that is being generous. Session started at one and we weren't away from the venue until gone four. I don't know whether because it was a group on booking they scrimped on equipment but at times there was only one car between around 22 people. I understand they have to change tyres due to the nature of the activity but it could be a lot better organised. Felt like leaving half way through to be honest. I would have preferred to have just had the fast laps with Mark as that was the best bit. Disappointing.

“A dangerous waste of time!”

★☆☆☆☆

written by NeilFuller on 29/05/2012

I purchased two vouchers at Groupon for an Allstars Driving Academy 1 Hour Drift racing experience for my son and I. We booked on to an 11 O'Clock session, for which we arrived, as instructed, at 10:30. We stood around waiting until about 11:15, after which we signed our names on a piece of paper and were given our "briefing". The briefing consisted of a disinterested person (who I later found out was the Co-owner) telling us that we would each have 3 goes in the car, the helmets are "on the ground outside" and that he hoped to get us in to the cars around 1:30!!! Several of us voiced our dissatisfaction so they did manage to get the "rides" started at about 11:45. The waiting area turned out to be a corner of the car park, taped off with red and white barrier tape. There was no proper physical barrier between the cars and the participants, which I think is extremely dangerous. The cars themselves look like they are ready to fall apart, constantly needing the bonnet up because they've gone wrong. One of the cars did have a 4-point harness whilst the other had a standard seat belt that didn't work properly. The actual experience was entertaining but I was in the car for my 3 laps around a car park for less than a minute. Both my son and I had two goes, after which Mr Co-owner looked at me and said "You're done - You can go"!!! The whole experience was not good and, if you haven't purchased already, don't. If you have, ask for your money back now!

“Put off by the below comments but turned out to be...”

★★★★☆

written by SH87 on 02/05/2012

Allstars Drift Academy 2 hour introduction to Drifting. Purchased two of these. My boyfriend and I completed this yesterday. Was so put off by the below reviews that I tried getting a refund the day before, but we decided to try it out for ourselves as we couldn't get a refund not having done it. I know they used to be at another location but have since moved to Brands Hatch and considering such an event is very hard to organise, they did a good job of it. Perhaps since they have been at Brands Hatch they have altered they way they do it and/or due to possibly receiving complaints. I have done two driving experience days before at Brands Hatch through another company so I know how they work, and this was great value for money, considering the number of tyres they get through in a session! The other experiences at Brands Hatch are admittedly 100% faultless but they are also double the price of this groupon deal, and drifting is a bit different to the single seater / ralley experiences where you can spend time going round a track. You get a fair amount of time in the car, the instructors are all very friendly and helpful. The group could possibly be a bit smaller to have a bit longer attempting the course at the end and also when you get taken round by an instructor, 2 laps wasn't really long enough. They could possibly have a couple of cheap Scoobies or Skylines in reserve (as you can pick them up for around a grand) for when the other cars have to have tyres changed and there is a bit of waiting around, but other than that cannot fault the actual experience itself. They do say to you in the briefing you don't need to put your seatbelt on for the donuts and figure of 8's because you are not going fast enough, quite frankly that's perfectly true... you aren't going fast enough, max 10 - 15mph, there really is no need for a seatbelt in such a vast space with nothing around to hit. In the unlikely event of you crashing into something whilst going sideways AND at 10MPH, a seatbelt would be of no use anyway. They do say you MUST wear a seatbelt when the professionals take you round the course, that's when you travel at speed. All in all, a few tweaks could be made, but understandably a hard thing to organise and for the price, a very enjoyable day out. I am considering the full day course with them (although only if the classes are smaller as that's a fair bit more expensive). Hope this helps and puts anyone's mind at ease, as mine certainly wasn't. Like I say though, they might have changed the way they run it now if they received lots of complaints previously as it seems like there were a few unhappy customers.

“I don't even want to put 1 star, doesn't even deserve this”

Let me start from the beginning. I was bought a drift day driving experience through Groupon with Allstars driving academy at Brands Hatch. We were instructed to turn up at 12.30 for sign in and a safety brief, ready to start our experience at 1pm. We turned up on time, was given no direction to where the experience was, had no one greet us when we eventually found the site and there appeared to be no one in charge. None of the other customers had a clue what was happening and hadn't yet been greeted either. When we eventually managed to sign in with Nial (Allstars co-owner) we were told that there would be a 45 - 50 min delay as one of the cars had broken down. This would have been fine, accidents happen. However, the event was held out of an office attached to Hailswood Bar and restaurant (which was closed) the burger van outside was closed and the cafe at the top of the hill was closed. With nowhere to get refreshments or sit down we were forced to stand outside in the rain and wait for our briefing which arrived at 1.10pm. The safety - there was none. The safety brief was Nial telling us we would have 3 laps with a driver, then an instructed session doing doh-nuts, figure of eight and then an oval circuit. Then he asked us to say what car we drove. In the briefing he actually told us 'dont put your seatbelt on as you wont be in the car long enough'. Helmets were provided, 2 of each size, S, M or L; however these were poorly organised and scattered around the standing area. The standing area was taped of using red and white plastic tape but there was no barrier between the public and these cars, which if malfunctioned could have veered off into the customers. The cars - on the website they claim to have a 350z, skyline, ps13 and a subaru imprezza. In actuality they had 2 350z running continuously the whole day, shared between 30 people in each session, if you ignore the fact they had to have tyres and fuel replaced as they frequently burst / ran out of fuel driving. The ps13 was amateur built, beaten and battered, with a skirt hanging off by the end and was constantly being taken off of the track to be repaired. The skyline was taken off of track to be repaired as a significant amount of smoke came pouring out of the bonnet. Throughout the day the organisers were phoning their friends to come and provide their amateur built cars, which arrived and left after an hour or so due to breakages and malfunctions. The experience - by 2.30pm i managed to set foot in one of their friends cars. A black skyline. The experience was great, all 1 min 47 seconds of it. My father videoed the thing start to finish, from feet off tarmac and back on. 1 and a half hours of waiting for 1min 47sec. After seeing every car come off of the track to be repaired or leave until half 3 some of the customers hadn't even had that. One poor guy from Wales didn't even get driven around until 4pm. At 4.15 we eventually had to talk to the man with the clipboard and list of names to ask how long we would have to wait. He said he couldn't guarantee but he though another half an hour at least. This was just as i saw another tyre about to burst on the one remaining 350z. There were still people waiting from the 11am slot to have a drive. Organisation - poor to say the least. There wasn't any attempt at organisation. There was no spare fuel, no spare tyres, 2 cars to share between 30 or so customers, no professional mechanical set up and when queries were brought to James or Nials attention they looked like they simply didn't care and frequently said they couldn't do anything about it. You may ask why i used the word amateur and professional, I am a recently finished graduate with a Motorsport Engineering Degree, having built classic race cars and attended numerous race events where i have taken part in the organisation and running of bikes and cars. Allstars driving academy is a group of amateur racers, possibly hobbyists who thought they could make money out of giving the public 20 min in a car doing doh-nuts in a car park. No organisation, very shoddy equipment and diabolical customer care. Brands Hatch should be ashamed to allow such an activity happen within their premises, Groupon should be ashamed to have them as part of their experience days and anyone who was even considering them should stop now, and if already bought they need to get their money back.

You were lucky to see a 350z we had one 200sx and a 180 sx where we're the cars mentioned ? I think they were the owners cars back home in the garage?
