After 3 serious problems using high street letting agents in one year I decided to try Visum. Will not be going back to high street!
Over first 4 times I used Visum, void periods down by 50%+. I choose tenants after meeting them, not the agent. Cost reduced by 90%!
Tenants prefer Visum to high street agents.
High street agents work for themselves not the landlord!
