After a bit more than one year dealing with this people, my opinion is that there is a luck of professionality, competence, ethic and honesty from this company. To whoever is dealing with them, I can only say that I am sorry. I have been in two of their properties and they were both filthy and in really bad conditions. If you think that there are health and safety issues in the property where you live, my advice is to check what are the minimum standards for the HMOs (House in Multiple Occupation), and if they are not met, get in touch with the local councils. To whom is thinking to rent a property managed by them, my advice is to go elsewhere.
