When i first contacted sell a house online i was hesitant on using an online estate agent. But after hearing their process and fees i was very impressed and decided to use their service. Couldn't recommend them enough, my negotiator was very helpful and the fact that he was specifically dedicated to my case so i always got to speak to him directly definitely made the difference from my perspective. I ended up saving thousands by not using a high street agent and in my opinion got a much better level of service. Just goes to show that 'get what you pay for' doesn't always apply, as estate agents have clearly been over charging for years. I have recommended to all my business contacts.

Now I don't normally write reviews but in this instance I felt that my voice needs to be heard. We took a 'risk' and too the plunge with SellAHouseOnline (buying and selling) and what a risk it turned out to be. The guys at Sell A House Online are fantastic, communication is the key and this guys were spot on. There was never a point where I was left in the dark. They were always on the end of the phone or an email if any issue arose and in my case there was plenty of issues.

Our sellers paid over 3k to use Hilbery and Chaplin and to be completely fair they were very poor. Funny how when we mentioned to Hilbery and Chaplin that we were using an online estate agent they got really funny with us and almost cost us a sale.
