Trying to make an offer on a house after seeing it through MOEA but there seems to be no acknowledgement of the fact they need people to buy the houses they are selling on their site. Site geared up only for sellers which is frustrating for a buyer like me but also worrying for a seller - how can people get their offers to you!

Asked about their bad reviews and they dodged specific question and then stopped responding to my questions all together! Furthermore one representative said they were a director but companies house says otherwise. Seems they make things up so I won't be using them it's untrusworthy in my book.

Came across this company last year, however they have been absolutely useless. Any viewings we have had they couldn't even manage to get any feedback for us. worse was trying to use their website to upload our property picture, not a user friendly website at all, would put some pictures up twice and some not at all. plus would display the photos in the way it wanted to and so I had no control of how my property looked.

then they removed our EPC from the website and when I asked them why this was the case, they said if anyone was interested they could then ask about it!!

Be very wary of this company. They claimed to be NAEA accredited but do not appear anywhere on the NAEA website where all registered estate agents are listed.

When I emailed to query this, the Manager replied asking for my telephone number and completely ignored my question. I followed up but this time got no answer at all! They also claimed ALL their staff are NAEA qualified, that's misrepresentation in my book!

Be very wary of this company, they're claiming to be something they're not, which is very untrustworthy in my book.

Appauling customer service, viewers not vetted adiquately for proof of funds. Exceptionally poor amount of viewers generated by this two bit company. Use a proper estate agent who behaves appropriately in business and one that can actually make an effort to sell your home. My online just want the up front fee and don't care about sales.

Poor communication when arranging potential viewings. Would be happier to cut out the middleman altogether and handle viewings and negoitiation myself.

A cheap way of getting your house on Rightmove but beware the communication should you receive offers is terrible. I'd use an online service again but probably give an email address to any interested parties and negotiate directly. To a certain degree you do get what you pay for!

The agent and his team provide a very cost effective and efficient service, unmatched by any estate agent I have experienced.

Phone calls returned straight away and any problems easily solved. Ad and changes appeared on rightmove very quickly. Only glitch was that enquiries went to my junk box.

Would not hesitate to recommend or use again.

We went with myonline estate agent thinking that if it didn't work we could swap easily to a high street firm. But we didn't need to. The house was on the market for ten days, advertised on all relevant websites and we had five viewings in the first week, followed by two offers. All the viewers commented on how impressed they were with the estate agents when they spoke with them. And so were we. It was a great experience.

Very friendly and fast at responding. Glad I used them.
