I don't know what's happening to their customer service, it used to be decent.

I'm a landlord and emailed their support email address (which is what I always use) support AT on 17th Feb asking for a changing in my bank details for receiving the rent, no response.

Followed up to the same email address on 1st March, again no response yet (today is 12th March).

I don't expect an instant response for a routine matter but surely it shouldn't take more than 3-4 working days to respond to a customer's email to a support line?

I don't like leaving bad reviews but this is a plea for help, please respond to my request.
