I have been registered with HousePals.com for four months and at first it seemed the perfect place to find accommodation. The search tools are fantastic and the website is very well designed and the prices are so convincing, HOWEVER the website hosts nothing but scammer after scammer. EVERY advertiser that I have been in contact with has requested that I MUST send £500 to Western Union BEFORE SEING THE PROPERTY! HousePals is nothing but a big joke for desperate and gullible future tenants.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. You will have more luck walking from house to house enquiring about the for let for for sale sign posted! (but i wouldn't recommend that, you'll probably look like a weirdo)

If you are about to jump on the property bandwagon to begin your search for properties do not use this site...there's Gumtree, Zoopla, Rightmove anything is better than this scam filled site.

This site is great to publish your extra room, find a good roommate or offer a flatshare possibility to all interested parties.

You can register yourself as a landlord or a tenant, publish the property you have to rent or present yourself ideally if you would like to get chosen by others for a roommate. Then you can search through the database and find something that will suite you best. They publish their latest adds to all of their followers on socila media (twitter, facebook, google+) and to their entire database through a newsletter.

The customer service id great and it is one of the better ranking websites on search engines. so It's easy to find and use.

Absolutely great, would recommend it warmly to anyone in need of this kind of service.
