Absolute mess don't use this company as they make up your signature on the acceptance of what they are offering BEFORE seeing a draft. Would you sign a document before seeing it or letting your Solicitor OK it? Thanks though to the agent only for realizing what had been done & that was enough to give me the heads up that something was wrong!
I should add that I have used this sort of company before & they have followed correct procedure before signing up electronically!
No a good week or so with EEA & massive apology please for at least wasting my time especially with the current Covid. So be much more transparent what are you afraid of as you will lose much more business not being so!
