The Apprentice - You're Fired!

I love the Apprentice You're Fired! I'm a big fan of the main show and You're Fired is a nice extension of this programme. Hosted by the affable Adrian Chiles, this show gives the fired candidate a chance to relive the whole miserable experience as the candidate is interviewed by Chiles and quizzed by guest panelists.

Chiles makes this show quite watchable, he's a nice guy and at times funny and gives the contestants a fair hearing but still asks the probing questions. The guest panelists don't always provide a great deal of insight though - Saira Khan (last years runner-up) is frequently a panelist and is truly grating - patronising beyond belief and she frequently talks turkey. The show would benefit from featuring a few more of last seasons Apprentices such as Tim, Paul, James and Miriam. Paul was on a week or two back and made for good TV. The second pundit is usually a journalist from the gutter press who invariably adds anything of use.

All in all a good add-on show for the hardcore fans. Recommended.
