I must say that viewasia customer service is terrible! They are constantly busy so you are unable to get through, therefore they cut the call! When you do ring up they must tell you what channels they are offering even though you know what they offer and just want to subscribe. Then they forget to tell you that you have to pay a £12 connection fee, which they do not disclose on their website! Also when I wanted to pay I was told that they needed to speak to the sky account holder even though it was supposed to be a surprise for my grandmother & I would be paying with my own card. I must say, and I am not exaggerating that they are truly terrible! No wonder they are losing money!

BEWARE

Viewasia has the worst customer service, this is the package of 7 channels. In my experience if you call them as a existing customer they want take your call at all and if you call as a new customer your call will be answer in a minute. But if you tell them your problem they will tell you to call to customer care and ther will be no person to answer that. I m helpless as that is the only company providing this channels but I dont know how the big names like Sony TV, B4u and ARY are fall for this company.
