Love the channel, however lengthy advertising breaks are very annoying.

I don't think the new format has any good points. It's total rubbish. I don't like it now it goes off at night and you're left with the poxy shopping channel. What choice is there for viewers at night or don't they count? Think bosses should think again about what they have done.

UK Gold is great, but they show the same programmes over and over again. I like that they have shows like Only fools and horses, keeping up appearances, Dallas and Dads Army.

It would be nice to have some changes such as Sunday night at the London Palladium, or old Royal variety shows or old talent shows or the good old days time musical shows, and the Black and White Minstrel show.

I love watching the UK Gold channel because it shows a lot of classic sitcoms, such as 'Open all hours', 'Porridge', The Two Ronnies', 'Only Fools and Horses', 'Keeping Up Appearances' and 'Fawlty Towers'. These sitcoms are timeless. It also shows the 'Carry On' films, but I am not so keen on 'Dinnerladies or 'The Vicar of Dibley'. There are not very many good comedy shows these days, like there were in the past, except for 'Bottom', 'Harry Enfield' and 'Little Britain'.
