(Titanic: the Final Secret) National Geographic down loaded on the 10th Oct again terminated into cartoons. Well it is still a secret, the person who's job it is to download will be advised to keep there day job. How can you expect payment for such bad service!

As per my review of TopUp TV generally; defective set top boxes, defective customer service (they were ignorant of the fact that as a retailer of electrical goods inside the EU all such goods are covered by a two year contract warrantee (http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/rights/gen_rights_en.htm#gar), I kindly disabused them of this notion ;) ).

Service is very poor and not even worth the £8 a month they're asking for it, and that is saying something. I may try FreeSat or even get Sky in but having put up with TopUp TV for 3 years now I've cancelled my Debit card just to get rid of them (they always had an excuse why they couldn't cancel my service whenever I requested it despite being unable to use the "service" I was supposedly paying for.

Do yourself a favour (I know I would have had I known how bad they were) give them a very wide berth!
