be aware of this tv channel my partner and I have lost 350 pounds! About 3 years ago when we had a contract with virgin and a lot of tv channels my partner entered his card details for watching one of the channels which we watched for about 10 minutes and then switched off. We then never watched it again and thought that it was only a one off. The ad said NOTHING about any further payments and there were no terms and conditions shown and nothing stated that anything else would be deducted from us. We haven't even had tv for years now and just found out that this company (PBL on bank statements) has been taking out 10.50 each month for several years now without our knowing. The bank said that they do not show any terms and conditions (apparently they do not have to, it just states in their terms and conditions somewhere that they will subscribe you but they don't need to show you these T&C!!) and they just keep on deducting money from your account! Unbelievable!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
