Upgraded To The "z" From A Yamaha 6335 About 3 Yea

Upgraded to the "Z" from a Yamaha 6335 about 3 years ago. The best decision I've ever made. This horn can cut through the band and peel the paint off the back wall when pushed, yet blends in quite well in the section and can warm-up during solos with its accompanying Bobby Shew "Jazz" mouth piece. I'm using it for an all-around horn that is, 2nd trumpet (and sometimes lead) in Big-Band, Lead in Praise & Worship Band (with Marcinkiewicz E-9 mouth piece)and 3rd chair in Symphonic Band with Bobby Shew "Jazz" (deeper cup) mouthpiece and it does the job. Trully, a very good horn for the money.

This Is A Great All Round Trumpet That Will Not Be

This is a great all round trumpet that will not be out of place in any musiclal genre. Many orchestral principal trumpet players are adding this horn to their bags.
