I Have Had My Fender Bullet For A Good Number Of Y
I have had my Fender Bullet for a good number of years now since buying it from a friend. It is the original 1981 model, which was part of the first release of these guitars made in the USA, as opposed to the more Stratocaster-style second release (1983) or the subsequent Japanese budget 'Squire' models which came later on.
The guitar itself has a Telecaster-style body with a slender maple neck and Telecaster headstock. It is really a nice playable guitar, with a lovely clean sound. I'd say it was a 'mid-range' Fender, although they may be of slightly higher value these days due to a slight rarity.
It is great for tight, funky playing as well as clean sounds. I have even used it distorted every now and then but if this is your main style I'd say there are better guitars to get. I would however definitely recommend it for the all-round player, it is very comfortable to play and great value if you can find one for a few hundred pounds.
